You do the hard work of showing up for animals—I'm here to support you. I offer heart-centered services and programs designed specifically for individuals and organizations in animal care, welfare, and activism who are struggling with compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. Through group coaching, memberships, certification programs, workshops, and webinars, I can help you reconnect with your purpose, build resilience, and make your passion for helping animals sustainable.

Become Certified

Step into a role that strengthens your team and organization from within. The CFPAW™ Ambassador certification is not your typical certification program—it’s a community. This is the only certification focused solely on compassion fatigue in animal care, welfare, rescue, veterinary medicine, and activism.

Alumni Membership

A safe community designed just for graduates of the 9-week skills and support circle. With this program, you'll be able to build on the momentum of the original program, deepen your growth and healing, and continue to foster resilience as you navigate the challenges of animal care, welfare, and activism.

Individual Coaching

You don’t need another reminder to practice self-care. You need support that understands what it’s like to work in animal welfare—where the need is endless, the resources are limited, and the emotional toll is real. Compassion fatigue isn’t something you fix with a bubble bath or a mindset shift alone.

These one-on-one sessions focus on realistic tools, honest conversations, and sustainable ways to keep doing this work without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Workshops and Webinars

What if there was a way to help your staff combat compassion fatigue and build resilience? This unique training allows your employees and/or volunteers to gain valuable tools to help them manage compassion fatigue, which in turn can lead to improved work performance, less sick days, decreased turnover, and ultimately, better care of the animals.
